Totally agreed on the name! It makes it sound pointless and annoying -- meaningless noise, like birds chirping on your fence.

And yeah, I try not to comment on it much, and it's certainly not a personal attack on anyone. The site doesn't work for ME personally, so I don't use it! Problem solved!

So long as people who "crosspost" (crosstwitter?) to LJ put it behind a cut, I don't mind too much -- LJ cuts solve everything for me!
