Considering it's called Dude Foods and it's about a guy eating... well, anything, I'd be willing to guess it's perfectly legit. Why do it? Because he's male, has a ridiculous metabolism, and he, y'know, can. I know a ton of guys who would do the same, given the opportunity. Sadly.
