Just how much do you like Harry Potter?

Been so long since I was last able to use this icon! I'll admit, I'm really rather firmly out of the fandom now. I haven't seen either of the last two movies. One day! Maybe.

But! My friends list is full of people who loved the movies, and it's for you all that I make this post. There's an artist who has made newborn baby dolls of all the HP characters. They're... something else.

Meet baby Snape:

And baby Draco:

Baby Dobby, Baby Harry, and both last and least: Baby Voldemort.

Each one costs about 200 pounds, which Google tells me is about $320 in American dollars. I'd be more likely to pay that much to NOT have them around!

THOSE THINGS SCARED THE CRAP OUT OF ME when I saw the earlier.

GodDAMN babies are ugly. >_O

Also, I was mildly peeved at the Voldemort one since he was born a pretty normal looking human and only started getting weird looking when he started the soul splitting, and then got really bizarre after that resurrection ritual.

But as a baby? He looked like a normal human baby, dammit. :|

So totally ugly, yes.

I suppose a normal (or as normal as these dolls get) baby Voldemort wouldn't sell as well.

In fact, I remember distinctly during some of the nice 'flashback' sequences that when his mother dropped him off/died at the orphanage, one of the matrons commented to the effect of, "Thank heaven he didn't get his mother's looks."
