That really hit me this morning. How do you see that and not stop it? Yell, pull them apart, or if you're afraid he'd physically hurt you for it, go find someone else fast? (But really, there's no excuse not to at least yell for them to stop.)

All of them deserve to be fired for it, and really all of them should be tried for being part of the conspiracy.
