Allergies guh. I love where I live - the only bad part is pollen. We're in the top 10 worst pollen levels in the USA. I had allergies before moving here. Now, I have to just hide indoors during the bad months (ok, I'd probably be inside anyway). Had to join a gym so I could work out during those months -- I prefer outdoor activities but it kills me.

Good job on the meatballs! For future recipes - I normally add a package of chopped frozen spinach. Doesn't change the texture, makes them a healthier, and adds a bit more flavor. And yes, crispy is the best part. I actually bake mine in mini-muffin pans, so they fry in their own drippings.
