Most of what I know about (South) Korea I learned from watching kdramas (which I absolutely adore. They're so fresh in some way while still sticking to the tried and true cliches for romantic drama-comedies) and there was a surprising amount of history, myth and folklore just from those even if the action takes place in the modern day. This book sounds very intriguing to me! I'm taking note of the author and the title.
