Corndogs are a hotdog put on a stick, dipped in a cornmeal batter, then deep fried. They said it was like some British food, but I can't remember the name they used. They're quite yummy though!
Fried butter (on a stick?) is a thing at state fairs, more of a once-a-year at most thing. I've never had it and know no one who has, but apparently it tastes just like a buttered roll. (They freeze some butter, wrap it in dough, then deep fry it.)
I'm not sure what heart-attack-on-a-stick is, but I'd think fried butter would certainly fit that!
State Fairs are known for coming up with horrible for you, outlandish foods though. It's a tradition that every year they try to come up with better (worse for you) things to fry.
