HOLY SHIT! That could have been worse but shit that sucks. I hope your knees are okay. Did you land right on them? I'm sure they are just bruised/swollen right now but if the pain lasts, make sure you get it checked out.

Owie, it was painful just reading this post. I have SO MANY fears of falling down and hurting myself.
