I'm very picky too. It was such a rotten set up, the idea being you couldn't use the app unless they charged you $20 for your "account" to pay for all the parking you may or may not do. So if I ever go back to Bethesda? I wasn't familiar enough with the area to know there was street parking and I didn't have any change either so it was not a pleasant morning LOL. Technically the parking only cost $4 for the afternoon.
