Mmm. I didn't feel like going out and getting lunch today, so I decided to make the bacon and eggs I had (I don't usually have those two things on hand). Remembering Good Eats, I decided to try to broil the bacon instead of microwave it.
Oh my gawd.
It was like a totally different thing! Crispy yet moist. Melt in your mouth. MMMMM.
Perfect meal: Bacon, scrambled egg, and strawberry jelly on toasted white bread.
Color me happy. It'd be a perfect day if stupid Nook (in Animal Crossing) didn't have his store closed again. Second day closed in three days! Live is hard in AC when the store is closed...
