Showers: 1 (hopefully second today!)
Times brushed teeth: 5 (feeling better, going up)

Typical breakfast:
Half slice toast, diet jelly
Oatmeal plain
1 serving fruit

Thank god I don't feel like eating most days...

Yeah. Don't fight or fret since there is nothing you can do except roll with it. The progress progresses at its own pace.

Patience is so difficult sometimes though -- and sometimes one just feels the need to GET OUT.
