Only reason I know the word is from being friends with lesbians. Also, they tend not to engage in the activity - two pubic bones colliding is apparently more painful, and results in more bruising, than pleasurable.

Partially agreeing with the below: Unless it's done a certain way (more grind, less bump), two skinny girls are fairly likely to get more discomfort than pleasure from it. However, if at least one of them's got a little extra padding, or if there's a toy involved (which, admittedly, changes the nature of the exercise a bit), it can be rewarding.
