Locals, Groupon

Hey, local people who use Groupon (I know there are at least two or three of you!). If you're wondering if today's SJ Groupon ($15 for $30 of pizza/pasta at GuGu's Pizza & Pasta) is worth it, it is! This is the place I always order my pizza delivered from!

Edit: And to make this post more useful for non-locals... If you like Disney and/or you like food, [livejournal.com profile] disfood is a fun feed (...teehee, 'feed') to follow. It's all about the food offered at Disney World, Disneyland, the Disney cruise ships, etc.

[livejournal.com profile] disfood, so delicious.

Nice tip re Groupon.

I use groolu (http://www.groolu.com/) to avoid inbox clutter and scan for deals btw.

yes, this just taught me I need to bookmark both groolu SF and SJ. Didn't take the deal b/c pizza is on my more or less no-fly list right now.

They do pastas as well, but in my opinion the pasta is overpriced (it's some special brand from New York) -- and diet-wise it must be at least as bad!

Pasta is similarly on my no fly list right now. The only pizza I've been willing to have is Amici's Asante (~200 calories for a mini) and it is a thin crust with soy cheese.
