I swear I get that pop up ALL THE TIME. I think it shows how slow LJ is and what time people are checking their flists lol. Or maybe people just LOVE colonoscopy posts?

I was thinking it was a sign of how slow LJ is, but I didn't want to be negative about it.

It was a good idea to clean my friends list though, so far I'm keeping up with it better.
