Out of curiosity, do you like stuffed mushrooms? I need to find that recipe I made for stuffed mushrooms that was positively to die for, if you do. That one was pretty easy, and it had (*gasp!*) veggies in it. Sorta. If you count mushrooms as veggies. But it was yummy!
