It's really good that way too, I am sure you can either 1) find a healthier granola or 2) just use a little bit. But yeah, go low fat plain and I think you should be fine. When people go on and on about how great Greek yogurt is for you I am sure they must mean the plain (and that's what the teacher in the nutrition class said too).
ANYWAYS what I suggest to do if you get the somewhat caloric granola, just sprinkle a light layer on as you eat so that you get some in every bite, and as long as you don't pile it on you'll be fine.
If it's not too much trouble to bring berries I suggest something small and mixable like blueberries or raspberries or maybe chopped banana or peach.
I'm making myself hungry for yogurt now, dammit xD.
