I skimmed the grand jury report (too icky to want to linger over), and it seems like he knew as close to 100% as one could know without seeing it with their own eyes. One if his staffers saw full-out "sex" (rape) with a ten year old, I don't mean oral or groping, he saw penetration. Why didn't the coach grab the eye-witness and take him to the police himself?

I agree that we should focus on the others more, but I think that anyone who knew has responsibility in this. Who could know about this sort of thing and not report it?

At the company where I work, we're required by contract to report to the police if we know someone broke the law. Everywhere should have that, at least for major things. :/
