I read the QA article and it didn't strike me as particularly unprofessional, but I'm someone whose first employer was also a company making an MMO so our perspectives here are different. :)
It sounds roughly par for the games industry (right down to the unconscious implication in the gym section at the beginning that the people working there are heavily skewed young and male).
