Excuse me while I melt...
Apr. 22nd, 2003 10:36 pmThis is the darned cutest HP picture I've seen in a while. I really need to get another HO Oekaki page online; I easily have enough pictures for it... just need *time*!
Oh, and I got the two HP books today. Harry Potter and the I... eh, The Ivory Tower and Harry Potter, and the rather surprising Harry Potter's World. Ivory Tower looks good, but I'm rather boggling over World. $90, and it's only 300 pages. Hardcover, but no dust jacket. Just a plain black ugly cover (like a library book under the dust jacket). I skimmed through World, and it looks dry as heck. I felt like I should be holding a highlighter as I read it -- it read just like a (boring) text book. I need to give it more of a chance though, I just glanced at it while handling other things.
I really have no clue when I'm going to get to read the books, free time is in such a short supply of late... except at work! But reading a book is one of the things I really can't get away with doing there.
This sort of amuses me: On August 15th 2002, I made my first LJ post:
Title: Woo woo!
Well, this is where my journal would go if I had one. I won't be keeping one though, as I'm a boring as heck person and would put anyone who tried to follow it asleep. All I do is MUSH and ignore my friends (sorry, Mark!).
Hit the 'back' button! Now! While there's still time!

Heh. Now I feel like I'm neglecting things if I don't post at least once a day.
