Icky feeling in my tummy

I'm rather disturbed by this. That hardly looks like a "greeting" sort of kiss, and the hold on the hand (not to mention the chin) makes it look sort of forced. Hard to tell exactly, but the kid looks about, what, 10? And the adult is old enough to have lots of grey in his beard.
It makes me curl my fingers and wish for the ability to claw eyes out. (His, not mine.) Kids aren't for touching (in that way)!
