Monday: The Good and the Bad

thistlechaserThe good greatly out-balances the bad today (woo woo!). It was supposed to be the start of a crappy week, but El Bosso hid in his office all day and didn't come out... so I read nine chapters of A Wizard Song. (Eyes hurt... can't focus... Must Keep Reading...)
What a great, great story. So totally not work safe, but too late to worry much about that. (I am worried about that email though... I sent it from my home account, it did send without error, but it never arrived at my work address. A copy of the story, with my name attached, is floating around somewhere. Likely somewhere at work. Bad feeling there.)
The bad is a small and sadly typical thing: El Bosso, who came in *hours* after me today, is gone for the day already. What the hell is up with that? And this is damned usual, too. I come in between 7:30 and 8. He arrives between 9:30 and 10. I leave at 5. He leaves 3-4. Buh?
May or may not be a candy review tonight. Depends on when my eyes betray me and reading becomes more painful than enjoyable.
And ribs for dinner. Mmm!
