It's 10 PM...
Jun. 20th, 2003 10:00 pmIt's 10 PM, do you know where your Order of Phoenix is?
Even if I wanted to (and I WANT TO), there'd be no use going out to a book store and trying to get a copy now. My friend at work is going that route, and you need to reserve a copy to even have a chance in hell of getting it tonight. (The bookstore chains around here are giving out twice as many "tickets" to get in as they have books to sell.)
I might have to wait until 8 PM *tomorrow* (or later, if FedEx is really busy) to get my copy. And what happens if I'm in the bathroom when they come? Maybe I can leave a note on the door... That's a good idea.
I WANT, I WANT, I WANT, I WANT.
I want my books now!
(And I have to GM tomorrow. Somehow. Amusingly, it's an almost HP-like scene. A Lockhart-like doctor's book is being released tomorrow, and he's holding a little book signing. Chaos will be attending. But still, WOULD RATHER READ.)
