My brain knows! It knows!
Nov. 29th, 2003 06:41 pmBack to work on Monday. Two weeks away were enough for me to de-stress and see what life without stress can be like, but it's all coming back to me now. Had a nightmare last night: Got into a car accident with some woman who only spoke Spanish, and she kept telling me to write my name and phone number down in Spanish, but since I didn't know Spanish I couldn't do that. (Car accidents are a frequent nightmare-event for me. Had a couple RL.) Slept like poopoo last night -- even the cat eventually abandoned the bed because I was rolling around so much, even though the apartment was cold as heck.
I need a keeper. Why I, as an adult, cannot keep myself fed is beyond me. I eat maybe one meal a day, and snack around that. This doesn't help the stress thing, but I just hate making food (Prep work before! Mess after! Eh results (at best) when I cook!).
Anyone who has access to downloading and desire to watch anime really should check out DNAngels. Between yesterday and today, I've watched 20 eps of it. (The final two are downloading now.) Yes, it started out as hot boy-on-boy eyecandy, but as the series continued, real, interesting storylines developed -- and in the last few eps, there has been a totally unexpected and way cool twist to everything. I'm hoping there are more eps out there, not just the 26 that I can find to download. I can't imagine the poor folks in Japan, who had to wait a whole week for a new ep. I like being able to watch them back-to-back.
