I take lots of screenshots... (FFXI)

I sure do take a lot of screenshots, don't I? Part of the reason is that I like to post them so that non-players or lower level players can see the game (plus I like looking at other high levels' screenshots, so maybe they do, too), but I also like to save them because I know that one day I'll stop playing, and screenshots will be all that are left to document my time on the game. Heck, I like being able to see them short term, too. Sometimes when I'm bored at work I just look at random screenshots and smile.

But anyway, today! Casual day, yay. Went scorp farming and got bonecraft to 60! Yay! Then spent hours farming silk threads and got clothcraft from 58 to 59. Market value of all the thread I farmed was somewhere around 360K, so I'm really, really not sure if I'm going to bother with that last level.

Just puttered around after that, trying to get lightning crystals. I'm nearly out, and they're 10K at the AH! Gah! Unfortunately, even after farming in CL for four hours, I was empty handed -- no thunder weather happened there at all! Bah.

Then (surprise surprise) a Besieged happened. What would a day without a Besieged be? If nothing else, doing all these is giving me a crapload of IS and XP. I'm going to stop putting my Eco/Escort XP scrolls on DRK, otherwise I'm going to cap XP and then not be able to take it into Besieged anymore. (Okay, I would be able to, but the XP would be wasted.) Anyway, it was a level 5 undead swarm, and even with the max of 750 PCs, it was a hard fight. But I got 700 XP/IS, so yay!

That naked chest mod makes for some interesting views of folks. Is this hot as hell or disturbing? Or both? Then I noticed he had glasses. Mmmmm! Glasses look SO good on his model! I know I have shades already, but I'm seriously tempted to go for clothcrafting glasses. I never wear my shades, but the glasses look so good!

Cool shot of the night: Thistle vs a black wyvern! Unfortunately it turned out I was the only one beating on it, so I had to disengage and run. :P Other people need to tank, thank you very much!

From last night: Love that last line in the text window! You don't say! (Lag does really funny things to the mobs.)

Yet once I got closer under it, I was actually able to hit it. (Eh, or swing. I missed it. :P ) My great sword must be longer than it looks!

And last and most cute: Before Besieged last night, some folks were forming a Taru defense line. Tarus are cute, but I'm really glad I don't play one. They look too much like children, and besides, I'm short enough already! ;)
