I very, very, very rarely read Furry novels. They're almost always poorly written, full of not just typos and misspellings, but bad plots, too. Imperium Lupi got good reviews though, even from non-Furry readers, so I decided to give it a try.

Even just a couple pages in I liked it, so as I often do when I like a book, I googled the author to see if I could find out more about him and the book.

I probably shouldn't have done that with a Furry book. I have no issues with Furry people, that's not the problem here. It's the art of the characters he posted.

All those done by the author himself. Now I can't read the story without picturing the characters with horrible balloon-muscles.

It's his book and his characters, he can have them look however he wants. I just wish I hadn't seen it, because now I can picture nothing else.

Also, I'm not sure if it's a Furry thing or not, but he calls female animals "wolfess" and "catess" and such. Okay, Google tells me that is probably a Furry thing.
