Soooo tired! (RP, WoW)
Aug. 26th, 2009 09:25 amI've been short on sleep for about a week now (I'm doing the ultra-annoying 'wake up hours before alarm goes off and be unable to go back to sleep' thing), so staying up late hadn't been in my gameplan last night. Then good RP happened. :D
Note to my character: You suck at the whole playing-both-sides thing. Stop it!
Heehee. You'd think he would have learned after the whole 'selling out his friend' thing got him run out of town, but... gold! *grabby hands* I was muchly amused through the whole night.
Me: I want 47350917504175031 gold!
Him: I'll give you 50.
Me: ... Grrr. Okay. 749012 gold?
Him: 25.
Me: ... Huh?
Him: No gold. Buhbye!
Add on top of that that he got punched (twice!) and set on fire and it was a really amusing night OOCly. :D
PvPing was... amusing too, sort of. I wasn't in the mood to do much (40s bracket seems to suck horde-side. I haven't been in a winning match since Friday, which means the XP sucks, which makes it hard to keep going). Anyway, I've been tossing in WSG matches now and then since I need to remake my 30 marks of honor for my wolf, and man, last night was the worst ever. One guy was so angry I was actually worried he'd have a heart attack during the match. He was typing in all caps, telling everyone how much they sucked... and then demanding that we all listen to him and follow his orders. (Yeah, insult us and then try to get us to help you. Good plan!)
We were losing (of course) and losing badly, so I decided to have some fun with the guy. He did the usual 'faggot' insult, so I hit on him, which of course made him angrier. He started insulting me personally, which made me laugh (and I posed '*laughs*' on /bg, which made him angrier). He typed a paragraph insulting me for being level 42 and thus useless (which made a bunch of people point out to him that he couldn't be playing well himself if he just spent all that time typing). Then he called me stupid, which gave me the opening I needed. I did what little Internet kids cannot stand: I started correcting his spelling, typing, and grammar. He lost it, which made it even funnier. :D When the match ended, I fully expected him to make a character on my server to keep on yelling at me, but unfortunately he didn't.
So yay RP! Meh PvP. Heehee angry people!
