Very very. If you like the first book, I'd still recommend reading it, but it could have been so much better.
I'm reading the (first? third? other) book now, and though I'm only 10% in or so, it seems to have been edited. I have no idea where it falls in the series (Goodreads and Amazon disagree), though she published it before the other two. I got it free on her website if you want it: https://www.nadavenport.com/free-book (https://www.nadavenport.com/free-book) You could read it before the other two. The main character in it is a minor character in the other two books.
