I've given in to my desire to put my scarf over my head. It's currently 47 degrees outside, up from 44 when I walked in. AC is blasting (Why? Why? Why?) vent is right over my desk, blowing down onto my head. After complaining about my neighbor with gas and so getting my desk moved here, I really don't want to complain more... yet I'm tired of shivering and being cold to the touch, of being warmer outside than inside. So! Scarf goes over my head, ears and neck stay warm, and luckily it's long enough to have its ends on my thighs to help keep my legs warm.
It's going to be a long winter.
Edited to add: Apparently this is a problem through the whole building, and they've called someone in to check it. Hopefully the AC will be turned *off* soon! Not just changed to a less-cold setting!
