While these aren't quite as nice as last night's, they're still pretty darned keen:

Haku's Powers - I wonder if that water was done by hand? Either way, it's beautiful.

- A collection of Haku pictures - I liked the first one, third one, and last one best.

*purr* Zabuza - Probably the best of tonight's collection. Those water dragons... gah! So beautiful! I guess that's what that notch in his sword is for? Even so, that pose makes me worry he might cut his own arm off... (But again, those dragons... mmm.)

Eek! - Chibi Zabuza... and "Haku". No comment.

---

Photos! So I got my Zabuza & Haku and my Gaara figures today! Yay! Alas, they're a lot smaller than I expected.

Don't just hang there, Gaara! Run! Giant can attack!

Zabuza and Haku are dwarfed by my monitor.

Those throwing stars - not exactly where I intended to hang them up (over my desk), but they work well enough here. I have four total, so two are still un-hung.

---

Naruto guess! (Note, this is not a spoiler. I haven't even read the manga yet.) I'm almost done watching the series through a second time, and something keeps pinging strongly: I wonder if the 4th Hokage was Naruto's father? A lot of stuff with that Frog Hermit guy keeps making me think that. (Like before he threw Naruto off the cliff, he asked the 4th not to take it personally.) Plus their eye and hair color are the same, in a village where everyone's coloring is really rather "normal" (RL-ish). How many naturally blond haired blue eyed Asian folks can there be?

Though on the other side of the coin, I suppose everyone in the village would have known he was the 4th's son, and not have been so cold to him? (Unless he was illegitimate?)

Curious!

Maybe your figures are the kind that go on bottles as caps?

Looking at the bottom, it looks like they could fit on a bottle cap, yeah. They came in a box though, if that counts for anything.

Sorry for the ignorant question, but where are Haku and Zabuza from? That seems like one wicked series...

Eee! They're from Naruto, my most favorite anime series ever. Zabuza and Haku (two guys, even though Haku looks like a girl) are a couple! In canon! How cool is that? (And they're not even some boring couple, there's lots of twisted relationship stuff going on!)

Check it out if you need something to watch. It's totally worth it!

I've seen as much as you have and I haven't read the manga either, but I'm pretty possitive you're suposed to think that Naruto WAS the 4th hokage and made himself a baby and sealed the fox inside himself. The ero-senin pretty much said that by calling him the "4th", and the 3rd hokage kept hinting at it, ya know? Plus he has no parents and they never explained that.

Ah, see, but to me it didn't seem like he was calling Naruto "4th"?), he sounded like one does when talking to a dead person or some old friend who wasn't around...

I think we need more hints! :)

You wouldn't call them a couple? What would you call them? (Well, besides "tool and user"? "owner and owned"? "lover and user"? Heh.)

Am I a fangirl? Well, I'm not exactly sure. I go "eee!" a lot, does that make me one?

I wonder if Japanese bottles are smaller than ours? I just tried to fit it onto a bottle cap, and it just barely doesn't fit, my ... oh, huh. It fits on my /soda/ bottle cap, just not on my water bottle cap. Cool!

Master I'd buy, but servant doesn't really seem strong enough to fit Haku. After all, there are tons of things a servant wouldn't do for the person he works for, and what wouldn't Haku do for Zabuza? I suppose "slave" would work, but in the modern day sense, not in the oldern days "forced into it" type of way.

~confuzzled~ Wait, I thought Naruto's father was the 4th Hokage? Am I missing something? ._.

Oooh, I actually like the style of those pictures a little better than the other ones. Thanks for the recs. *_* OMG, the chibi Zabuza and the teruterubozu Haku is adorable! <3

~is jealous of your Naruto merchandise~

~confuzzled~ Wait, I thought Naruto's father was the 4th Hokage? Am I missing something? ._.

Have they said that? As far as I know, they've just said he's an orphan, they never even wondered out loud who his mother/father was.

See, but if the 4th was his father, why would everyone treat him like crap? Even with the Nine Tails in him, if his father was the hero who stopped all the trouble, I'd think they'd treat him better... (Not to mention, not laugh at him when he says he wants to be Hokage...)

Hmm, I don't think they've actually said that, although don't quote me on that because I've only watched the series very quickly through once. Come to think of it, I'm not too sure why I think that either, but it just makes sense to me, that the 4th would put the kyuubi in his own kid rather than someone else's kid, cause who else would offer their kid to be the vessel of an evil and immensely powerful demon? Do all the people know that Naruto is the 4th Hokage's son though? I thought only a few people knew, because it seemed like the kyuubi's was sealed into him soon after his birth and everything was covered up in secret.

See, but the trick of that is that they needed a kid with a freshly cut umbilical cord. They sealed it in that way, and then made the seal (marking) around it to seal it in. So I think they needed whatever baby was just born at the right time to use, and if it had been an orphan on top of that, who would protest? (Though it does make me wonder about the mother. Maybe she died in childbirth?)

This is important backstory! Why aren't they covering it? *shakes the writers*

Ah that's right, the umbilical cord. I guess that'd be a big coincidence if his kid happened to be born at that exact time. Now I'm even more confused. ~_~ I want the complete backstory too! ~shakes the writers with you~ I hope they'll eventually give it to us.

Eeee! Thanks for the Haku-links...I've been wandering around trying to find that underwater picture for ages. And the ones in your previous post...GAH, THE GORGEOUSNESS. Also, good to see another of the Haku obsessed. And Naruto obsessed.

Tried to make a list of some Naruto fanart here (http://www.livejournal.com/users/chresimos/23323.html) but half the links are broken. *sigh*

*runs off in Haku/Zabuza-induced glee(they come as the same figure! Hee!)*
