FMA, friends, kitty

FMA #29: (No spoilers.) Wow. Just wow. Every time I think the series can't get better, it does. What an amazing, creepy, interesting ep!

Friends: I noticed the LJ user info pages are now different, and "friends" is broken down into 'friends', 'communities', and 'syndication'. This is way cool, as now I have more people friending me than I have friends! Woo! (Yes, I know I shouldn't care about such things, but "all the cool people" are friended more than they have friends.)

I hope my kitty cat isn't getting sick. While she's not the most energetic creature in the world, she usually comes and greets me at the door and then follows me around the apartment. Yesterday and today she hasn't been getting up to come to the door, and doesn't even come to me when I'm eating! (She's a big beggar.) The weather changed to very hot, but the apartment is cool (and I keep the AC on when I'm home). She is drinking, but she's not been eating as much as usual for a couple days now. Poor girl, I hope she's okay.

I'm not cool then. There's only three people who I haven't friended on my friends' list. ;_;

Hope your cat isn't sick, either. It's a terrible thing to deal with, cause you don't know what to do besides send them to the vet for pills and shots. There's no way of cheering them up. (cat owner as well...I have an eight year old black manx. ^_^)

I think the longer you have a LJ, the more chance you have of that situation? But really, I'm not sure how it happened, and I bet it'll reverse itself for me soon! (Poor HP people having to listen to all my FFXI talk!)

Agreed on the kitty. *sniff* Wish I could go home and check on her, but more than two hours left of work!

Is the kittycat losing hair? My cat is losing her winter hair in great glopping packages all over. We think that's the reason why she hasn't eaten in three days, but it could be that she decided not to eat because she threw up about three days ago. My cat has been sleeping a lot lately, but today she's much more energic.

She's been losing fur for weeks now! I'm amazed that she has any left. (And it leaves me wondering if this is hairball related...) Either way, she was more perky last night (and slept on the desk on my arm all evening! Eeee, *purrr*!), so hopefully if she was feeling bad, it's over now.

Hee! I know the feeling. :-) My bed and sweater are covered in cat hair. It's just useless to look for clothes without cathair on them.

I stroke my cat's fur to get rid of most of the hair. There are special combs for that too, but my cat doesn't like them.

I'm glad your cat is better now!
