I suspect it's going to be a long day. My flist was oddly unspammy, thus I'm done reading it already. I've read my mail. Read all my daily sites. Only eight hours and twenty minutes left of work...

In other news... well, there is no other news. FFXI was uneventful last night (dug, farmed, then dug again). I got a couple screenshots, but I forgot to edit them, so nothing to post now.

Hyper or anyone who would know: Did that Warriors MUSH close down? Or have I had bad luck/timing? I've tried to log on the past couple days, but it seems to always be down.

Sounds like my day so far. :) The only online comic I read is updated M-W-F, not today. Work is sort of slowish, which is nice. Gives me time to do other stuff. :)

FFXI last night wasn't very satisfactory--got into a party in Yhaotor; died after the first two kills; net XP at that point about -100. It got better after that, but the party was fairly lame. I ended up 600 XP from level 30 RDM. :)

This morning I got up /way/ early, not sure why, just couldn't sleep...so I logged in, got the EcoWarrior quest, and travelled to The Maze so folks don't have to wait for me. With my luck, the quest expires if you don't do it right away. PLEASE tell me I didn't wast time like that? Please?

Unfortunately I know nothing about this Warriors MUSH you speak of. :) My MU*ing days may well be over. Just so burnt out on it.

No worries! The place wasn't even open yet. It was just a place I was doing code for because at the time I missed working on code. I think I've gotten it out of my system now, so if it's shut down then no problem.

Just the opposite. :) The quest NEVER expires! So people get stuck on the quest from other cities (Sandy and Bastok have their own Eco) and can never join ours in Windy/the Maze.

What I do is make time on Sundays to go pick up Eco in Windy and Escort in Bastok, that way I have the two active and ready for the week.

As to Warriors MUSH and coding -- I know JUST enough code to probably break something, but not enough to be actually of any use to anyone. :) Mostly I'm good at figuring out command substitutions. :) MUX. Ah well. :)

Oh well. I'm sad in that I would have liked to hang out there with you all, but ... well. I don't even hardly remember the books anymore, and I've confirmed that I don't really like RPing much anymore, so it's not too too too bad of a thing for me.

I'm just sorry about all the work people had put in thus far!
