BRD AF1: Done! Seriously easy fight, have no idea how a former LS person (75 THF/NIN) died. Mr. Wet Paperbag DRK Defense me took 300-400 damage before I killed it. Darned thing couldn't hit me hardly at all, and its spells (got two off, one stunned) did 30-40.

New ToAU Missions: Done up to farming/fights! Oh my god, love these missions so much more than CoP missions! No jumping through hoops! No massive money and XP loss! Just good story! Only thing I don't love is all the bitching about how easy it all is... from the same people who bitched about CoP being too hard. Suck it up and go do Assaults if you want to fight something!

Plants: Planted! For the first time in almost two years, trying to grow things again. That never worked out well in the past (job restricting my playtime to a couple hours a day) but we'll see now. Just the new seeds, nothing special.

Chocobo digging: Done! Got my 100 items in no time flat. Takes more time to travel and mule the items than dig them up. I need to time things next time, because I think I leveled. Got six petrified logs tonight, the highest tier items! Got two in a row! (Also got 8 rosewood and 1 ebony log.) Alas I'm almost hoping not to get petrified now, because I have so darned many of them and they're not selling at all. Bah. Up to about 20 stacks of bone chips. Must go mass slaughter bunnies soon so I can get hides and make animal glue to sell.

Besieged: Done with BRD 41! No deaths! Max points! (300, level 1.) And best of all: I even got a song to stick! *boggle*

Not done: Still no new BRD staff. Hasn't been up on AH yet. *camps like a madman* Gimme!

And now, bed! I had some screenshots, but once more it's late and I have no time to deal with them.

You can get Chanter's Staff from ENM50 too, if you can gather up the people. Most of the drops are rare/ex, but if you can find enough other people with level 50 gear willing to go along for the 2k exp, you're golden.

The 6-person ENM50 drops more shit, but of course you need more people.

You have to do all the level 1 assault missions to carry on with the ToAU storyline, right?

I thought that too, but luckily nope! I've not done a single assault yet and could do the mission just fine.

ToAU is so much better than CoP! It's like they actually listened to the players *gasp!*. People who just wanted the story and no fighting/big money rewards can do the missions, and people who want the fighting/rewards can do assaults! There are two fights in these new missions (a BC and a NM), but per all reports they're easy as pie.

Yep, I've only done one Assault (and failed it) but I was able to pick right up with the ToAU missions. Finished them all in one night with the main LS of some of the people in my static. Tons of fun. ^^ A nicely-balanced group of high-level folks should have no problem with the BC.

It's such a nice change from CoP, where you have to spend hours getting the stuff ready for the BC, then hours getting to the BC, then praying that you don't mess up in the BC and have to start all over. -_-;

No. In fact, they have no naked anything... well, actually, Hien doesn't wear clothes, being a wyvern and all. So they have naked wyverns! But no naked girls.
