NM Night (FFXI)

thistlechaserWent farming sheep in Beadeaux, walked out with 6 stacks of leather and three NM kills (four, if you count that silly mission NM I tagged by mistake).
First was Zo'Khu Blackcloud, who I snagged out from under the nose of that chick in the picture. She had been camping him for the couple hours I was there, but she was fighting something else and he popped right in front of me, so I grabbed him. Didn't get the good drop, just a little change and a marine hat.
Second was Da'Dha Hundredmask, who also popped right in front of my face. I didn't get his good drop either, but did get a parrying knife, which I can use to skill both dagger and parrying.
The third was the only one I actually camped. Since I was passing by his spawn spot, I killed one round of quads and on first re-pop Bi'Gho Headtaker showed up! (Think I'm not in that shot? Ha! Look closely!) Didn't get his good drop either, but did get a power crossbow.
None of the three drops was over 5K in value, but it's still pretty cool to get so many NMs in one night.
Recall how yesterday yesterday I said I was getting bored of Besieged? Well, it's not going to be an issue for a while. For the first time in months, Midgar lost its Candysense. (The first time in even longer that I willingly didn't fly to the city the second I heard it was being attacked, too.) Oh well. Maybe by the time we get it back I'll be interested in going again.
