My kingdom for sleep. zzzzz

thistlechaserI have no idea what's going on with my so-called sleep lately. I "sleep" for 10-15 minutes then wake up for 20. Over and over and over again. Stay asleep, stupid brain! I'm tired! Three nights of this so far!

FFXI: I've made up for all my good COR parties. Tonight's had every single sign of a bad party:
1) Drunk puller.
2) lol drinking iz funz! The whole party talked about how much they drank, how cool it was, etc.
3) No tank. 'lol sam cn tank'. The taru SAM with level 10 armor. She died the first fight.
4) When we eventually got a NIN he alternated between talking about drinking (supposedly his mother told him he had to drink a whole bottle of something or she'd throw it out) and going AFK to take care of his daughter. o.O
5) Fart jokes. By the end of the night, fart jokes/comments were in say and emote for pulls, WSs, etc. I was ready to stab people.
6) One guy asked me by /tell if I knew where he could buy drugs.
Unfortunately it was this party or nothing. There were no other parties formed in our range and only one to two other DDs seeking the whole time. Somehow I clawed my way to getting one whole level with them. Three hours for less than 3K XP. Ended the night at COR 23. Had hoped to hit 24 so I could get out of there and go to the Jungle, but in the end it was me leaving the party or screaming at the idiots.
Plus a Besieged was about to happen! Yay! One early this morning and one late tonight. After not catching them for so long I'm suddenly getting lots! I might switch and start going as DRK again, BRDing (mostly curing) is getting boring.
Chocobo racing was introduced to the game today. As expected, it does nothing for me (to me, it's about as exciting as watching cars or horses race). Other than picking the plan before the race, you do nothing, just sit back and watch. I didn't get a great screenshot of the one time I tried, mostly because I didn't take many shots. The racing bird I trained long ago won!
From a few days ago: Besieged: Near loss. Fighting in the Hall.
While the RL part of me twitches every single time I think this: I love love love my COR gun so much! Guns are so cool! (*twitch twitch*) It's so darned satisfying shooting things! (*TWITCH TWITCH*) I really boggle at me being able to think/type those statements. I don't want to hurt/shoot/kill anything RL. :/ (Edit: Oops, I should say that the party in that screenshot is NOT the bad party from tonight.)
Totally by chance, I got my soonest-login-ever after maintence.
I was the 13th person on the server! I stopped and got gas on the way home, changed, got a drink, checked the answering machine, then sat down thinking it would be too early to get on. Heh!
And lastly, I should have asked for a million gil or to be COR 75 or something better:
Tomorrow is Nz-whatever Assault (just two tags), then I'll probably XP COR (because I suck at moderation even more than I suck at not getting lost).
