Battlestar Galactica: Yay! (TV)

I found and watched the miniseries, which clears up a lot of things. (And now I know who the oft-mentioned-in-comments Six is! Yay having a name for her face!)

I'm not sure if/how it's possible, but I actually liked the miniseries even more than the series itself -- it seemed more frantic, more pressed for time, doom was a whole lot closer.

I'm nearing the end of season one, but... suddenly I can't make myself watch it. If I watch it, then I'll catch up, and the series is ending! Then there'll be no new eps! (Which leads to a great big question: Why is the series ending? Was it planned or did it get less popular in later seasons? I seem to recall people not liking the later seasons?)

I really, really wish I had started watching this series sooner. :D I should have listened to people!

Edward James Olmos is quite an interesting looking man. He's not handsome, but he sure is darned attractive. (I think I have a thing for men in uniforms...)

If you want to see a young EJO, he was in Stand and Deliver (1988) with Lou Diamond Phillips and was nominated for a best actor Oscar for his role, which is the first time I heard of him. I remember he was attractive when he was younger; I think it's weathered into character as he's gotten older. Character can be very attractive, too. :)
