Blah, so sick. Little sleep all night because my sinuses were so full everything backlogged into my throat and I kept feeling like I was drowning. Waking up gasping for air and choking is not fun at all. Now my throat is killing me (hurts to swallow, feels thick) and my nose is running and I have zero energy. No body aches, no fever as far as I can tell, so I'm guessing it's not actually some form of flu. Unless I'm just in the early stages of it!

Ha ha. *headthunks onto desk*

Aw sorry to hear you're feeling crappy. The sore throat is more than likely being caused by post-nasal drip constantly irritating your throat. If you can get your hands on some form of nasal steroidal spray, give that a try. It really seemed to help significantly the last time I had a bout of something similar to what you're describing. It edged the pain level down from 'please just kill me' to 'I'm going to lie quietly in this dark room for a week or so.'

Yeah, I do have a spray like that, only problem is that my nose is so stuffy I don't think the spray is actually reaching my sinuses!
