I realize mocking Twilight is something like beating a dead horse, but this is darned funny and worth watching.

Alex Reads Twilight

A British guy reads it and posts chapter by chapter what's happening in the book. Grammar issues, unrealistic character actions, wacky plot points, he brings it all up! And in a rather cute accent, too! (He sounds a lot like George of Being Human.)

I actually own a copy of Twilight (I ordered it when it first came out, not knowing anything about it). I still haven't read it, but felt like I sort of should just to see how bad it really is. With this series of videos, I no longer need to!

OMG, I've just started to watch Alex reading Twilight, thanks so much for the link! He's had me at "It's like reading Adrian Mole, only in prose." This is so, so true! Only Adrian Mole was supposed to be whiny, clueless and unbearable.

This just keeps getting better and better! I'm up to the chapter 7 video now and I have to keep pausing it so I won't laugh out loud at work. :D
