Was up half then night sick, spent the time in the bathroom. When I did sleep, I had nightmares (the same one with small variations) that a giant shark was chasing me around, trying to eat my cat (yes, on land: on snowy mountains, through storms, in a meadow of flowers, this giant shark just kept swimming through the air after us). I have a headache so bad I it hurts to focus my eyes, and my stomach still feels nasty.

And I'm tired. So tired.

And it's a busy day at work.

I'm going to state the obvious, but just from your description, it sounds like you have the flu, and you should go home and take a sick day, busy at work or no. And going to work while still feverish, you're exposing your co-workers to the same thing.
