Movie of the week, cooking, eee art!

Movie of the week was The Last Unicorn. I think the first, last, and only time I saw it was when it was first out in theaters, so it was basically a new movie to me. It being 25+ years old worried me. Animation tends not to stand up overly well over that much time.
There was no reason at all for me to worry, I loved it all. The story, the voice acting was outstanding, and even the animation stood up. For the first time in a long, long time, I wish the movie had been longer than its 1:33 run time. I'm really surprised how well it still stands, how totally un-dated it is.
On the cooking end of things, the spaghetti sauce didn't turn out as good as last week, and I have zero idea why. I followed the same recipe, did everything in the same order for the same time with the same amounts. I'd have thought that would give me the same results, but nope. It's not horrible, it's just not really all that yummy.
I bought green beans yet again today. Let's see if I can actually get them cooked tomorrow or if I'll go 0/3. Luckily I'm paying less than a dollar for them each week, but I don't like wasting food (and not eating my veggies).
On the art front,
hammerstorm/Wilhiem on WRA did a wonderful picture of Dandelion! Look at his eye! :D And how happy/innocent he looks! I can't stop looking at his eye, it looks so alive!
Such an amazing day out today. End of June and it's plenty cool with all of my windows open. Not even going up to 70 today!
