I've been so bored with archaeology, I hadn't done it for a few days. Today I sat down and did hours of it. It took me so many jars on Hordeside to get this, I really wasn't expecting it on the first try on Alliance...

Trial accounts are now indefinite, BTW. You just can't level a character over 20, along with some other restrictions.

So now you totally need to come visit.

Ya I remember reading about that. But don't those trial accounts still have the old system where you can't party, send tells, send mail, blah blah blah, as to prevent RMT from abusing them?

I was referring to these emails blizz sends me about once every major patch. They offer 7 days free game time to my account so I wouldn't have those restrictions (if they still exist) if I took that option. I would probably just make a new character anyways sine I don't want to transfer my DK for just 7 days.

But, but, so much work on my DK! So many achievements. pets, mounts, reps... Mostly the reps...

Ya, I wouldn't spend the money for that. If anything I'd wait until if I decided to jump back into it or not, then transfer. I think it would be hard to come back though, just because of how I like to play MMOs I'd almost need to raid.

It's not even for the reason that "I need to raid for gear and to show I'm awesome!" it's the same reason I'm thinking of grabbing people and doing old content in XI! I must experience it all! But who knows, it might be interesting.

Woot! On Alliance I'm Dandelion and Thistle (and Dogcatcher is my mule). I have an event at 4 server, so I'll be on at that time for sure. Otherwise I'll keep my eye open for you!
