If you look carefully you can see the golden arches on the cup on the right-hand side of the thing on his head. Dead giveaway :)

It also reinforces my feeling that clowns are very, very creepy...

First thing I thought of was McDonalds. The golden arches are on so many parts of that picture it's scary. :)
