(Edit: Be sure to read the comments. Somehow I misremembered the price being $5/box, which basically means this post is pointless. A 49 cent increase isn't unreasonable! Two increases to a $5 price would have been.)

I know a few folks on my friends list use Graze, so just a quick heads up.

I have no idea when they changed their price from $5/box to $6/box. I just realized it a couple weeks ago. I got no emails or other notification that the price went up.

While visiting the site to get another year of it for my mother's birthday, I noticed the price went up again. It's now $6.50/box. Again I got no notification of this. (Shouldn't they have to? Since they're charging your credit card more? Maybe there's something in the membership agreement that covers that.)

To me, the site has reached the tipping point. $6.50 (or, to be exact, $6.49)/box makes it not worth it. Plus it seems the quality is going down, too. I've been getting stale things lately -- seems like one snack every box will have stale items in it.

I suspect Graze knows they've reached a price that people will be unhappy with. Why go from even numbers, $5 and $6, to $6.49?

Huh, it's been $6 per box the entire time I've been using it, which has been well over half a year now. Haven't noticed any stale items in mine lately. I did go down from a weekly box to one every two weeks since I just wasn't eating them fast enough.

Hm, interesting. I wonder if people with the $5 price got grandfathered alone for a while?

Okay, or maybe something is wrong with my brain. I looked through my Graze tag, and from the start I mentioned it being $6. The first time posting about it (November 4th, 2013) it was a $6 price. Where in the world did I get $5 from? I feel certain it's been $5 forever, yet my posts say I knew it was $6. That's very strange.

There goes the whole reason for this post! A 49 cent increase after all this time isn't unreasonable at all.

There are people paying only $5 a box, but, as you intimated, they're grandfathered from a lower price point from being early adopters.

Interesting. I can't explain it, I feel certain I've been paying $5, but all my posts say I was paying $6, so. Must be just some sort of odd mental mixup. Very strange.

Perhaps you had a number of dollar off bonuses from referrals? You'd probably remember if you used them all on one box, though.

The brain is a weird thing. Also, yeah, you could have been getting referrals; I know I used one from you, and I think a couple other people did as well. So there would have been some months where you were paying $5.

It looks like they've added a bunch of new stuff and/or renamed some old ones. I got a new box today and two of the items were unfamiliar.
