Remember today is April Fool's (AKA: The worst idea ever). One of the sites I use daily made their default font comic sans, and I was seriously annoyed until I remembered that this was the first of April. (I actually said to myself "Who could think this is a good idea? It has to be a joke. ...wait, it's the first of April, I guess it is.")

So just remember that in case you encounter "funny" (stupid) crap.

Disclaimer: I may be grumpier than usual about that, since last night I spent SIX HOURS trying to clear a piece of new content on the MMO I play. Your success at it depends on seven random strangers playing flawlessly, which is a recipe for nothing but pain and headache and me wanting to push idiots out of a window.

Yeah. I have the bad timing of being between guilds at the moment, so I'm kind of on my own. On one of my many attempts, I did get a group of 'friends of friends' people, but they were no better than randoms.

Eurgh, yeah, the comic sans is not kind on my eyes, especially in the thread titles in the forums.

I saw someone else mention a treasure box item, but I can't see anything on the site about that. Where'd I miss it?

I'm totally avoiding the forums for today, I just cannot cope with that font.

It'll be in the very back of the Other section in your hoard. If you try to open it, you can change it into a slightly different item. All the different colors will probably transform into different familiars or apparel once they're actually usable.

Now I'm agonizing whether to buy multiple and keep them without opening because the hats from last year sell for far more unopened than their respective familiars do. But that's boring.

Normally I'd hedge my bets by buying doubles of everything but WHOO-IE those AH prices. I need lair expansions, dangit! I can't invest everything!

I never thought it would happen, but I feel like I'm doing good lair space-wise. Nine pages, and I use two and change for babies waiting to grow up and be killed off. I think it helps that my taste in dragons is so limited, I don't feel like I need to keep ALL OF THEM.

Still though, when Ice won dom a week or so back, I spent all my money on expansions, so I don't have much to invest with now.

Yeah, my own lair is limited to about two pages of "permanent" dragons (about a quarter of which will still probably be exalted) before transitioning into a project/sales/exaltee ghetto. I've still been feeling the squeeze when my breeder and project dragons all come off cooldown at the same time, though.

Then again, Earth doesn't do dom often and the next flight we're going up against is Light, so I'll probably have plenty of time to build up some funds before we get the best discount again. :V

I have no idea why, but I can't get my nests spread out. Even when I wait to breed, somehow I always end up with most hatching on the same day. I'm not going to have room for all the ones hatching tomorrow...

I actually moved to Ice for dom reasons. I had been Shadow, which I like well enough, but in my time there we had never won. Once I left, they started winning now and then. :P I like Ice about as much as I like Shadow, so it's no hardship that I changed, it's just amusing they started to do better once I left.

Only a few more hours until the font goes back to normal!
