Funnel Cakes... OF DEATH!

thistlechaserI only had a funnel cake once, and I loved it. I can't/don't cook, but I do have a fryer (used once!) so I pondered making them myself.
Will she set her apartment on fire?
Will she poison herself?
All these answers and more, coming up! I have to go buy more chicken today. I'm thinking of getting double, 40 thighs instead of 20, so I can make a double batch and not have to cook them next week.
