So very tired...
Dec. 3rd, 2002 10:24 am11 PM: Go to bed, read.
12: Lights off. Alarm set for 6:30 (normal waking time).
12:45: Fall asleep/last time checked clock.
4 AM: Awake. Time to get up? Nope. Sleep.
4:30: Awake. Time to get up? Nope. Sleep.
5 AM: Awake. Time to get up? Nope. Sleep.
5:30: Awake. Time to get up? Nope. Sleep.
6 AM: Awake. Time to get up? Nope. Sleep.
6:10: Awake. Time to get up? Nope. Sleep.
6:20: Get up.
Did this same thing the night before last. Waking exactly on the hour/half-hour until 6, then exactly on the 10 minute mark. How in the world does your brain keep such exact time, waking up perfectly on the hour? And if it can do that, why can't it let me sleep?
