Relax!

I GMed straight after work last night, and the scene ran a lot longer than I was expecting/hoping for. 5-6 hours later, an hour before bedtime, we finally called it to a close mid-scene. The RP was good, but the scene was long and I was getting a little twitchy because I had a ton of other MUSH work to do. So did I do it in the hour after the scene? Nope! Played FFX. :) Stayed up late playing FFX, in fact. (Darned boss showed up right at the hour mark, so I had to battle it, then lots of cutsceneage after it.)

I'm gonna make him useful, and I think I can do it, too. This time I sent him down Rikku's path, so he'll get Steal and Use, and from there he'll follow the outside of the sphere grid till he gets to... Curage! And Holy! And he can get those two things for only the cost of a level one and a level two sphere! It's a darned long route, but with those two things he'd actually be useful and helpful. And with him knowing Steal, I can use him in Rikku's place to kill off the machines.

So after GMing and FFX, I had intended to go right to bed, but my brain was working too quickly so I came back to the MUSH and made some posts. Then I went to bed, and wonder of wonders, slept.

Little Miss. Kitty woke me up at 7:45, which is an hour later than I usually get up so that's not so bad. Spent two hours doing the MUSH work from last night that I didn't do, then started bread (first loaf I made since I made some for [livejournal.com profile] mallen). As soon as it's done, I'm gonna have it for breakfast! Mmm, warm bread and butter. Mmm. It's smelling good already.

So for the rest of the day? Back to that relaxing thing! Watching cartoons now, then FFX. Eventually I'll do some vacuuming, and probably take a shower. It's gonna be a great day!
