After a glorious week of being able to sleep at night, this week seems to be returning to the NO SLEEP FOR YOU! trend. Went to bed at 11. Lights off at 12. ...roll over, roll over, so they all rolled over and one fell out... Roll over, look at the clock, roll over, look at the clock. 3:30, still wide awake, got up and wandered around the apartment in the dark for a while. Went back to bed about 4. Finally, sometime after 5:15 AM I fell asleep, and the alarm went off at 6:30.
Grand total of sleep: 1.25 hours.
Gah.
I had even set up the humidifier in the bedroom, since last week when I could sleep it was humid out. No caffeine after 5 PM. Took sinus meds. I should have been able to sleep. Bah.
So, since I'm dead tired (3 hours of sleep the night before, and under 5 hours the night before that), I got tea from the kitchen. I'd never be able to be a waitress, because I spill stuff even when I'm carrying just one cup. That's right, tea all down my pants leg!
It's going to be a day...
Edited to add: On the other hand, interesting things are happening in my Nationstate. "There have been reports of people marrying housepets." Snicker, snerk.
