Apparently my posts are vanishing off friends pages. All other posts remain on them, it's just mine that vanish. All of them.

So ha ha! This post is likely useless!

But if you do happen to see this and think perhaps I'm being more quiet on LJ than usual, that's not it. If you care, try hitting my main LJ page to see what's been posted today.

Mine are doing that too, it's not just you. It's SO FRUSTRATING, isn't it? It's making me neurotic, because I keep waiting for people to read and comment on the most recent installment of my fic, and i just realised that because of the LJ hiccups they most likely HAVE NO IDEA IT'S UP.

Excuse the 'shouting;' i needed to vent a bit. Ta! Here's hoping LJ straightens up its act!

Exactly! How do you tell the difference between "people ignoring you" and "people have no idea the post exists"? Sheesh!

Ja. I was getting really frustrated about it this morning, because I was missing entire swaths of updates.

Someone I talked to said that they're in the process of moving people between databases, and that's why the flakiness. From what I can tell, the actual posts aren't missing--it's just that they are blipping all over the friends pages.
