I'm sort of feeling silly that I'm still paying for WoW. I've not logged on in maybe two weeks now? But I don't want to delete my character, either. :/ Just wish I had more time so I could play both.

FFXI: A night of much progress, even if most of the company made me highly grumpy many times. It's sad what a difference in... following-the-tail-ness there is between FI and CTY, or perhaps I was highly grumpy and thus more anal about people listening to rules and doing the right thing than I usually am. Or both. Either way, the lack of "focus" on the task at hand had me really close to snapping at people many times, and for some reason I was more worried about/protective of Zub (our much-abused tank) than I usually am. (I've also found myself very, very, very, very often second-guessing mages of late, which is a habit I'm trying to break. I have no idea why I'm doing it now as opposed to earlier in my random partying time, but it will not lead to good things if I let it continue.)
I made about 3,500 XP through skilling up (!!!), bringing me to right about 499 xp to 69! Right where I need to be for Maat! (First I was worried I wouldn't be able to get close enough, now I worry I'll get too much in test hunting, Escort, and NM killing on Sunday. :P )
Happily (oh joy, oh joy, oh joy) I got to 216 great sword! That's 20 levels tonight! Just 9 more levels to go! Let me repeat that: Just 9 more levels! I've gained nearly 100 levels over the last three weeks -- 100 levels of a damned slow two-handed weapon. Days and days and days of skilling on this damned weapon. So sick and tired of it! I'll be so happy when I'm done with it and can sell off my skillup weapon! (It's very low level but the fastest GS there is. "Fast GS" ha ha ha.)
