Arrg ...or 'Arrr'? (FFXI)

thistlechaserAnother new FFXI job is out. A "pirate" (called Corsair, but it has a pirate hat and apparently is like the gambler job, whatever the heck that is). Small image, thread with more info.
I have to tell you, I would have been much happier about this job (and Blue Mage) months ago, before I took up RDM. Corsair is going to be a support job, which means it will take invites from RDM. :/ And of course it will be the newest thing, so everyone will want it -- want to play it or want to party with it.
Must get RDM to 75 before expansion pack comes out. Ha ha. :/
Edit: Oh... peachy. *sigh*
Q: Can you go to new areas immediately? Even as a low level?
A: There will be requirements to going to new areas. They are geared at high level jobs.
It's going to be like CoP all over again. *sob*
